Bishop Dr. Prince Hagan, Founder & Chairperson

Bishop Prince Hagan, Ph.D is a distinguished clergy leader, entrepreneur, educator, and philanthropist based in Accra, Ghana, West Africa. He is the Founder and Chairman of World Champions Church, Mimbas Real Estates and Construction Ltd, Mimbaser Agribusiness Ltd, Flembasilg Consult Ltd, Prince Hagan and Pearl Hagan Foundation LBG, and Prince Hagan and Pearl Hagan Christian School LBG.

Bishop Hagan is a highly accomplished academic and leadership practitioner, holding multiple doctoral qualifications. He earned a Professional Doctorate (Ph.D) in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice from OTHM Qualifications, United Kingdom (2026), and a Ph.D in Christian Leadership from Christian Leadership University, New York, USA (2025). He also received an Honorary Ph.D in Human Resources from St. Thomas-E-Becket Institute and University, Canterbury, England (2014).

Currently, he is pursuing a Ph.D in Finance and Economics at the University of Applied Management, Republic of Malta, Europe (2025–2028).

His academic journey includes five Master’s degrees:

  • Master of Science in Strategic Management and Leadership — Rudolph Kwanue University, Monrovia, Liberia (2022)

Bishop Prince Hagan also holds Bachelor’s degrees in:

In addition, he is currently a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) candidate at the University of Cape Coast and Kings University College, Ghana (2023–2026).

His professional foundation began with a Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ obtained from the University of Cape Coast and Mampong Technical Teachers’ College, Ashanti Mampong, Ghana (1992–1995).

He has been married to Bishop Pearl Esther Hagan since 2001, and together they are blessed with three children. He lives with his family in Accra, Ghana, where he continues to dedicate his life to leadership, education, faith, and humanitarian service.

Bishop Pearl Esther Hagan is the Vice Chairperson of World Champions Church, Mimbas Real Estates And Construction Ltd, Mimbaser Agribusiness Ltd, Flembasilg Consult Ltd, Prince Hagan And Pearl Hagan Foundation LBG and Prince Hagan And Pearl Hagan Christian School LBG, all in Accra, Ghana, West Africa.
She holds a Bachelor Of Arts In Leadership And Management and Master Of Arts In Leadership And Management, all from Rudolph Kwanue University, Liberia.
She is a Bishop, Businesswoman And Philanthropist.
Bishop Pearl Esther Hagan married in 2001 to Bishop Prince Hagan and are blessed with three children.
She lives with her family in Accra, Ghana in West Africa.

Dr. Linda Amarkai Vanotoo,
Medical & Special Advisor, Philanthropist

Dr. Linda Amarkai Vanotoo, Ph.D is a distinguished Medical Doctor, Public Health Consultant, and Fellow of the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons. She serves as Medical Advisor, Special Advisor, and Philanthropist, bringing decades of leadership and expertise in clinical medicine, public health systems, and healthcare transformation.

Dr. Vanotoo is a seasoned public health expert with over four decades of experience in clinical practice, health systems strengthening, research, and healthcare leadership. With more than 35 years in senior management roles, she has led innovative programs that have improved healthcare delivery and quality at community, national, and international levels.

Professional Leadership & Experience

Dr. Vanotoo has served in multiple leadership positions within the Ghana Health Service and international development programs. She previously served as Ghana Country Director for Results for Development (R4D) under USAID-funded initiatives and as Senior Capacity Development Advisor for Evaluate for Health.

Through the USAID-funded Health Systems Strengthening Accelerator Program, she led major digital transformation initiatives, supported the expansion of Primary Care Provider networks, and advanced efforts toward Universal Health Coverage. Her expertise has contributed to strengthening community and primary healthcare systems across Ghana, Nigeria, and Côte d’Ivoire.

As Senior Program Director for Primary and Community Health Care at Results for Development, she led programs aimed at improving health service delivery, workforce capacity, and community-based healthcare systems across West Africa.

Innovation & Philanthropic Impact

Dr. Vanotoo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Promise Initiative Ghana, where she has pioneered innovative maternal and newborn health interventions. She developed the “Promise Drivers” Framework, identifying critical social and systemic factors affecting pregnancy outcomes beyond traditional models of care.

She introduced the Pregnancy School Concept, improving communication between pregnant women, families, and healthcare providers, resulting in improved maternal experiences and health outcomes. She has authored two editions of the Pregnancy School Book, now used in health training institutions.

Her initiatives include:

  • Establishment of annual Maternal and Child Health Conferences in Ghana

  • Development of a color-coded monitoring tool for early detection of pre-eclampsia

  • Creation of the Hope Restoration Center, Ghana’s first psychosocial support center for families experiencing pregnancy loss

Global Advocacy & Professional Contributions

Dr. Vanotoo serves as a Board Member of the International Stillbirth Alliance and is a core member of the Stillbirth Advocacy Working Group (SAWG), where she coordinates the Africa SAWG group to promote stillbirth prevention and respectful care for affected families.

She also coordinates the Family and Reproductive Health Course at the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons and trains healthcare professionals in maternal mortality audits and stillbirth prevention strategies.

Engineer Ebenezer Forson,
Projects Manager & General Secretary

Engineer Ebenezer Forson is a highly skilled engineering professional specializing in Construction Technology and Management (Civil Engineering Division). He serves as the Projects Manager and General Secretary, contributing technical expertise, project leadership, and strategic coordination to support the organization’s development initiatives.

Engineer Forson holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Technology and Management (Civil Engineering Division) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.

With extensive experience in the engineering and construction industry, his core areas of expertise include:

  • Construction Project Management

  • Feasibility Studies

  • Site Management and Supervision

  • Road Works and Infrastructure Development

  • Construction Marketing and Engineering Consultancy

He is a Professional Engineering Technologist (PET) and a proud member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology Ghana (IET-GH). His professional background combines technical engineering knowledge with practical project execution and marketing strategy, enabling efficient delivery of infrastructure and community development projects.

As Projects Manager, Engineer Forson oversees project planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance, ensuring that all initiatives are executed efficiently, safely, and sustainably.

He is married and blessed with a child.

Mr. Nathaniel Adade, 
Banker & Member

Mr. Nathaniel Adade is an experienced banking professional specializing in Customer Relationship Management and Customer Experience Management within the financial services sector. He serves as a Member of the organization, contributing his expertise in banking operations, financial services, and stakeholder engagement.

Mr. Adade currently works with Universal Merchant Bank (UMB), Accra, Ghana, where he has been employed since 2016. Throughout his banking career, he has gained extensive experience in customer service delivery, operational management, and financial systems administration.

His professional competencies include:

  • T24 Core Banking Software Operations

  • Genie De Banca Loan Processing System

  • TPR (Controller and Accountant General Systems)

Over the years, he has served in several key roles at the bank, including:

Mr. Nathaniel Adade holds a Bachelor of Arts in French-English Proficiency from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.

He is married and blessed with two children.
